Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every product you purchase from My FOREVER. If you are not satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Return

• Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• Opened or used items cannot be returned due to hygiene and product safety reasons.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, email us at care@myforever.in with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or proof. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened supplements or food items

• Gift cards or promotional products
